Educational Planning is an important component of matriculation. This activity assists students in identifying academic and career goals, and creating a plan that will meet these goals within a realistic time frame. Counselors will be available to assist students in making informed choices concerning programs and courses available. One to two-semester education plans will be completed during this session. Matriculating students entering the college are required to complete an assessment/orientation/educational planning session to receive priority registration.
Welcome to the Counseling Center at San Diego Miramar College. We provide academic, career, and personal counseling to students. We offer day/evening walk-in sessions (15 minutes) and long-term planning appointments.
